History

From Notifications tab you can view the information related with all notifications that have been sent so far.


You can use two different types of filters while searching notifications’ history:

  1. These two filters are their transmission status and the channel they have been sent from, to reduce the bulk of results being displayed if you are looking for specific notifications.
  2. The delivery status of notifications report the number of recipients who have successfully recieved the message or the number of notifications that failed to be transmitted.

In the list of notifications is sorted based on the sent date of the notifications and you can view the content of the message, The type of the message, the delivery status of, and the result of the action buttons if any was added under the "Responses" column.

Notification Error List

By clicking on a notification you can view the description of the delivery status of the notification to each target device. The 

list of errors for failed delivery is as follows;


Apple iOS and Safari Web Push

  1. APNS notification error

  2. ProcessingError: APNS Error

  3. MissingDeviceToken: wrong token
  4. MissingTopi: wrong certificate
  5. MissingPayload: wrong payload
  6. InvalidTokenSize: wrong token
  7. InvalidTopicSize: wrong certificate
  8. InvalidPayloadSize: wrong payload
  9. InvalidToken: wrong token
  10. ConnectionError: Couldn’t connect to APNS
  11. Unknown: APNS Error
  12. Device Subscription has Expired: The device token is no longer subscribed to the community

 

Google Android

  1. Google notification error: general error
  2. Device Subscription has Expired: The device token is no longer subscribed to the community

 

Non-Safari Web Push

  1. Google notification error: general error
